Greg Falck

Greg is the trip leader and director of El Norte Adventures. He has been kitesurfing since 2007 and is an IKO certified instructor.  Along with five years of experience as a commercial raft guide and swift water rescue technician he maintains CPR and First Aid qualifications.

Greg spent nine years as an Officer in the Canadian Army, five of which in the special forces as a platoon commander and logistics planner. His teaching methods were refined instructing courses and wilderness survival training. He was awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for establishing a training plan for the Canadian Special Operations Regiment Support Company and the Land Force Central Area's Commendation for rescuing and reviving an unconscious white water kayaker.

Karen Falck

Karen takes care of most of the booking and behind the scenes work. She is an avid hiker, explorer, and musician.  She spent 13 years as an Aerospace Control Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force and was awarded the US Air Medal and General Campaign Star South West Asia for her contributions to Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

Karen is the lead singer for Justified by Tuesday out of Comox, BC and is working on her first solo acoustic album.
